SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are currently processed within 4 to 5 weeks after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. I am working hard to reduce this time frame in the near future.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping is currently only within the UK.

I offer a flat rate shipping cost of £3.00 via First Class Royal Mail Signed For (2-3 worrking days)

Please note: Delays due to the postal service are out of my control. During busy periods it may take longer. I am happy to work wwith you to resolve issues that may occur, so do not hesitate to contact me.

How do I check the status of my order?

​

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from me which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at burrmandan@hotmail.com with your name and order number, and I will look

into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

I accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, you then have a futher 14 days for us to recieve the item, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at burrmandan@hotmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
